My adventure as a real estate agent began when I witnessed the hardships and mistakes my parents encountered while attempting to sell their home as For Sale By Owners (FSBO). It was a challenging experience for them, but it opened my eyes to the importance of having a trusted professional by your side. I worked closely with an agent to help them navigate the complexities of the transaction, and I found immense joy in assisting them and ensuring they understood every step of the process.

One of the reasons I'm passionate about being a Realtor® is my desire to protect homeowners from unscrupulous practices. I've seen too many individuals fall victim to wholesalers who exploit their lack of knowledge, buying their homes for bottom dollar and reselling them for substantial profits. It's a disservice that I'm committed to rectifying by providing my clients with the guidance they need to maximize their equity and make informed decisions.

Additionally, I've helped unsuccessful For Sale By Owners list and sell their homes for tens of thousands more through strategic staging, repairs, and effective marketing techniques.
